The target community will obviously be the homeless but with a focus on those in Toronto. After we see a desired response then we might begin to implement this system of hiring unskilled homeless people to join in participatory design ans final assembly of their own beds.

Another community which we will need to appeal to and join forces with is the homeless shelter. These shelters are going to be a link between us as designers and a large community/group of the homeless.

Lastly, we plan to partner with major corporations who could be of help in implementing our design. We will partner with a solar-heater making company to provide/donate portable solar heaters to fit in the bag. We will act as a charity and this donation will be tax deductible for the donating company.

This is a video below by CTV news that shows that the target community we are designing for does indeed exist. The solutions they are proposing costs a lot, and is government funded by hard-working tax payer's money. It does not do anything to get the homeless off the streets in the long-run and into the work force by proposing a system like ours.
